In this strong flowing practice
we celebrate the body as a temple for the Spirit and awaken
the heart to its truest loving and compassionate nature. Classes
begin in stillness with a centering meditation, sometimes
including a short philosophy talk and chanting. Sun salutations,
standing poses, backbends, forward bends and twists are included
in every practice. The class concludes with deep relaxation
- and a brief meditation. Wit, wisdom, and music always included.
Recommended for those with prior yoga experience or those
with good knowledge of their bodies and confident in their
strength and flexibility. |
