Greetings! I find myself so uplifted by the increasing daylight and the beautiful blossoms that are peaking out everywhere here in Northern California. Thanks to all your deep breathing and positive visualizing, my lung capacity seems to be expanding in proportion to your support!! Impressive! I'm just getting back to my asana practice and finding the stamina to walk through these beautiful spring days. Hopefully I will be back to teaching soon. Stay tuned!
